Get Disk Drill For Windows Free. This is the award winning and amazing tool for data recovery from your computer and has the great professional data recovery tool which recovers your lost data in a very short time.
It’s easy to just keep saving things to your Mac’s hard drive. At first there is so much disk space on a new Mac! But after a while, it starts to fill up — and your Mac slows down. Sure, you could go through your folders one by one looking for large files, but there has to be an easier way, right?
Yes. Disk Drill does all the hard work for you. It analyzes your whole drive and displays a disk map with a list of your files with the largest ones first. That way you can see which files are taking up the most space and decide whether to delete them, move them to another drive, or leave them where they are. You will have plenty of space for new movies, photos and music in no time.
Best of all, Disk Drill is free.
Once you have successfully installed Disk Drill, launch the app to get started with freeing up disk space on your OS X drive. On the main Disk Drill screen you will see a list of drives. To use the disk analyzer on your Mac’s internal drive, click on it and then select the partition you wish to scan.
Click on the “View Data Map” button to the right of the partition name. Then just sit back and relax. Depending on the size of your drive and the number of files, the scan may take a while. Soon you’ll have a great visualization of your Mac’s disk usage.
Once the scan is complete, you will see a list of all your files, with the largest ones first. You can filter the files by file type, keyword or file size. To view a file in your Finder, right-click on it and select “Show in Finder.” When you find a file you wish to delete, check the box next to it and click either “Move to Trash” or “Delete Permanently”.
That’s it! Your hard drive will soon be as good as new. Download our free disk space analyzer for OS X to get started today!
